Why No Equipment

Equipment introduces artificial movement constraints. When those constraints are removed, practitioners reconnect with load distribution, joint alignment, and spatial orientation — the foundations of any physical practice.

Based in Bondi Junction, New South Wales, we produce structured video master classes that any person can follow in their own room, at their own pace.
